Three other folks, together with two brothers running a narco terrorism community connected to Hizbul Mujahideen commander Naikoo, who used to be killed through security forces in Kashmir recently, had been on Saturday arrested in a joint operation performed through Haryana Police, National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Punjab Police.
