After UGC, AICTE issues guidelines; fresh PGDM/PGCM Course to begin from August 1
NEW DELHI: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in a letter to all the faculties and institutes providing classes on engineering, management, structure and pharmacy, universities, deemed to be universities, affiliated technical establishments and polytechnics has recommended them to apply the ideas issued through the University Grants Commission (UGC).
The UGC had on April 30 issued guidelines relating to examination calendars and educational consultation 2020-21 to be followed through the universities across India.
In view of nationwide lockdown due to the Corona Pandemic, all standalone PGDM/PGCM establishments are requested through the AICTE to apply the academic calendar for admission as given underneath:
The letter also mentioned that the establishments should now not hike the admission charges or different charges for the Academic Year 2020-21 and likewise should now not drive the chosen candidates to pay advance charges all over lockdown.
