You are worse than coronavirus: Gayle slams Sarwan

JAMAICA: Flamboyant West Indies opener Chris Gayle has referred to as his former teammate Ramnaresh Sarwan "worse than coronavirus", accusing the Guyanese of plotting his go out from Caribbean Premier League outfit Jamaica Tallawahs.

The big-hitting Gayle, who has since moved to St. Lucia Zouks, blamed Sarwan for an alleged fallout with Tallawahs franchise, which did not retain him for the 2020 season after enjoying for them as a marquee participant ultimate year.

The opener claimed that Sarwan used to be behind his ouster as the former middle-order batsman sought after to take keep watch over of the franchise.

"When are you making plans to modify? Don't even imagine seeing the 'Universe Boss' and pronouncing 'Yo Chris' as a result of I'm telling you this directly up, that's it."

Gayle performed his first 4 CPL seasons with Tallawahs before turning out for St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots within the next two seasons respectively.

He returned to Tallawahs the previous season as a marquee participant before his alleged fall-out with the franchise.
