Sikhs express anger at way story was covered

A vigil used to be hung on Tuesday evening in Ilford on the exact spot the 3 Sikh males were brutally killed on Sunday. About 150 Sikhs from the area people, together with those from nearby Seven Kings Gurdwara, became up to pay their respects and a bouquet of vegetation used to be laid on every spot the place a frame used to be found.

Labour leader of Redbridge Council Jas Athwal mentioned: “This devastating match has ruined no less than 5 households. Three younger lads that lost their lives and two who're in health center but clearly should face the consequences. This used to be a non-public feud that has spilled over and now everybody in Seven Kings and beyond is suffering. Violence most effective results in heartbreak and we will have to be sure as a community that we come together and provides sufficient give a boost to to these left behind. We have that responsibility.”

Another Sikh resident mentioned, “National newspapers have labelled those involved as Sikh gangs. I've grown up here my whole lifestyles, there aren't any Sikh gangs in East London. They don’t exist. The perception is fiction.”
