A full-scale letter conflict erupted between Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Thursday, with Banerjee protesting against the “direct attacks” Dhankhar (a “nominated” functionary) have been making on “an elected CM” and Dhankhar accusing Banerjee of failing to abide by “constitutional prescriptions”.
