A Patna prime courtroom division bench of Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice S Kumar on Thursday directed the social welfare division to install a devoted toll-free help line to handle issues confronted by orphanages, old age homes and centres for disabled persons in the state because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
