Indian-American student sexually assaulted, strangulated to death in Chicago

WASHINGTON: A 19-year-old Indian-American scholar was sexually assaulted and then strangulated to demise in Chicago, police mentioned a couple of brutal murder that has stunned the neighborhood within the United States.

Ruth George, firstly hailing from Hyderabad and an honours scholar on the University of Illinois, was discovered useless within the again seat of a family-owned vehicle in a campus storage on Saturday.

According to native ABC 7 news, yellow ribbons are hung around campus in reminiscence of George, who was nicknamed "Baby Colour."

Her former gymnastics staff trainer mentioned in a statement to ABC7 that George was a "candy lady" with the "brightest smile" who might be dearly missed.
