5 symptoms of pre-diabetes that must not be ignored

Pre-diabetes refers to a situation through which the normal blood sugar level neither falls within the ‘diabetic category’ nor within the ‘normal category’. An ordinary person’s fasting blood sugar reading is not up to 100 mg/dl; and bigger than 126 in case you are diabetic. If your fasting blood sugar falls somewhere in between those numbers, then you are thought to be pre-diabetic.
