Telangana tribal students beat all odds to clear NEET UG 2019


These students were provided free NEET coaching beneath the government’s Operation Blue Crystal and Operation Emerald programmes

As many as 150 students from Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Earlier and Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions (TSWREIs) have cleared the NEET examination this 12 months.


“All these students come from economically weaker sections, maximum of them hailing from households of day by day wage labourers, roadside tea sellers, farmers, vegetable distributors, fruit sellers, construction employees and masons,” says RS Praveen Kumar, secretary, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society.
