World's tiniest surviving baby born in California

The woman, nicknamed Saybie through hospital body of workers, was born 23 weeks and three days into her mom's being pregnant in San Diego. She weighed an insignificant 245 grams (8.6 ounces) —the similar as a big apple — when she was born. The father was informed that he would have about an hour with his daughter before she gave up the ghost. But the woman survived and was discharged after five months.
