NEET-PG cut-off lowered by 6 percentile

The health ministry and the board of governors in the Medical Council of India (MCI) on Wednesday decreased the qualifying marks for NEET-PG for 2019-20 via six percentile across all categories. This approach, now common class applicants with a minimal mark of 44 percentile, persons with disabilities (PWD) class with minimal of 39 percentile and SC/ST and OBC class applicants with 34 percentiles will change into eligible for admission to put up graduate (PG) clinical courses (MD/MS/DNB) for the academic yr 2019-20.

Earlier, the cut-offs had been 50, 45 and 40, respectively. As the new rest in percentile will likely be applicable for the fresh procedure, it will benefit 1000's of students.
