Karnataka CET 2019 results announced; Bengaluru boy tops CET Engineering


BENGALURU: The Karnataka Examination Authority announced the CET results on Saturday for admissions to lessons like Engineering and generation, Naturopathy and Sciences, BSc (Agriculture), Veterinary Sciences and Pharmacy.

Bengaluru boy, Jeffin Biju from Chaitanya Techno, Marathahalli crowned CET Engineering.

He was once also the state CBSE Class 12 topper for 2019. P Mahesh Anand from the similar college crowned BNYS (Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) and BVSc in Veterinary Science.

Girls crowned the BSC (Agriculture) direction and Pharmacy. While the previous was once crowned via Keerthana M Arun from National Public School, Rajajinagar, the latter direction's topper is Sai Saketika Chekuri of Sri Chaitanya Techno, Ramamurthynagara.

The KEA announced that executive will reimburse the varsity charge of most sensible five rank holders of all the five lessons.

A complete of 194308 applicants had applied for CET this yr, of which, 180315 (92.79%) scholars appeared for the examination held across 431 centres within the State on April 29 and 30 this yr.

The number of applicants eligible for score in various lessons are as follows: 140957 in Engineering and Technology lessons, 113294 in Agriculture, 118045 in Veterinary Sciences, 117947 in Naturopathy and 146546 in B.Pharma and Pharma.D.
