Poor server connection stalls bank works


Ludhiana: The consumers of the PNB financial institution in the town were facing downside from the previous few days due to deficient server connection.
On inquiring for anonymity, a workforce member stated the system has no longer been operating since March 28. He stated due to the deficient server connectivity, they had been unable to process the applying of the shoppers, particularly for KYC updates, and added that the server downside is being faced by way of virtually each and every branch of town due which workforce all across are loaded with pending works.

A customer Jaswinder Kaur stated she went to the financial institution government in morning and used to be requested to convey her Aadhaar card and pan card for getting the documents related to her account. When she reached in the night time, she used to be denied products and services by way of the government due to the server downside.

Another customer inquiring for anonymity stated he has been making journeys to the financial institution since the remaining two days as his cheque of Rs 48,000 is not getting cleared due to which he has now been facing financial constraints.


Even on Friday, consumers faced downside in depositing money. Another customer Darshan Singh stated, “I went to the financial institution and had to stand for greater than part an hour due to low server connectivity.”


Ssenior branch manager at Benjamin Road, Sameer Jindal, stated the server has been down since the previous three to four days due to which they have got been unable to process other programs of customers. “We have knowledgeable higher government who will get to the bottom of the subject.”


Despite repeated makes an attempt, circle head, Ludhiana, Pradeep Kumar Mehta used to be unavailable to remark on the issue.
