MU clears 16,000 out of 85,000 withheld results


GAYA: Magadh University on Monday cleared 16,000 of nearly 85,000 withheld result of Degree phase III checks for the consultation 2015-18.

These effects have been previous withheld as the students had taken admission in unaffiliated schools. The cleared effects are of the ones of students who took admissions in schools situated in Patna and Nalanda district, now a part of Pataliputra University. Four schools together with Sir Ganesh Dutt Memorial College are situated in Patna district. The 3 schools of Nalanda district includes RPS College, Harnaut.


Results of the remaining 87 schools running without correct affiliation are still withheld. The collection of students showing from those 87 schools is greater than 67,000. Asked in regards to the fate of the remaining 67,000 examinees, MU PRO Prof SNP Deen mentioned, “Results of some of these examinees are ready. But the e-newsletter has been withheld due to non-affiliation.”


Results of the remaining examinees could be printed as and when the state executive grants affiliation. “The senate can only suggest affiliation. The ultimate determination needs to be taken by way of the state executive,” mentioned the college PRO.
