KARNAL: Reacting to the conflict between Industrial Training Institute (ITI) scholars and police in Karnal on Friday that had left a number of injured, Haryana leader minister Manohar Lal Khattar has hinted at the opportunity of a conspiracy. He has also announced that all of the incident would be investigated through two groups.
