INLD MLAs seek 4 weeks for detailed replies


CHANDIGARH: All four INLD MLAs, who were served notices on disqualification petition moved by way of Abhay Chautala closing month, have sought four extra weeks to record detailed replies to notices served on them by way of the speaker closing month.

In brief replies filed on Wednesday, the four MLAs said that they had not been in a position to examine court cases against them to record detailed explanations.


All the four MLAs had contested and received elections for INLD, headed by way of former CM Om Parkash Chautala. "There is no merit in the complaint and is liable to be dismissed. The MLAs have sought one month to file detailed replies," said an associate of the four MLAs.


Dhanak was once the primary legislator to sign up for Naina Chautala throughout her campaign for Jind bypoll contestant Digvijay Chautala, who was once the candidate of Jannayak Janta Party (JJP), which was once set up closing year after dispute between the 2 brothers - Abhay Chautala and Ajay Chautala.
