'Fix' Boeing 737 MAX planes & 'rebrand' it: Trump


WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump lambasted the Boeing 737 MAX airplane on Monday, pronouncing it must be progressed with unspecified new features and given a new title.

The fashion has suffered two deadly crashes in a question of months, the primary ultimate October in Indonesia with the demise of all 189 folks on board after which in Ethiopia on March 10, killing all 157 aboard.

"No product has suffered like this one. But again, what the hell do I know?," he added.



It isn't the primary time Trump has weighed in on the Ethiopian crash.


Two days after the airplane went down, he tweeted that nowadays jetliners are "becoming far too complex to fly".




He added: "Pilots are no longer needed, but rather computer scientists from MIT. I see it all the time in many products. Always seeking to go one unnecessary step further, when often old and simpler is far better."
