Cong counts 10 seats, wants Army to guard EVMs

HYDERABAD: After the drubbing in the December meeting polls, Congress on Thursday was beaming in the hope of winning no less than 10 of the full 17 Lok Sabha seats. Wary about EVMs, the birthday party demanded that strongrooms the place the EVMs can be stored till May 23 — counting day — must be manned via both Army or Central Reserve Police Force.
