Bajrang Dal activist killed in Bhagalpur

PATNA: A Bajrang Dal activist was once stabbed to dying by way of a gaggle of 12 assailants close to Sandish Compound below the Tilka Manjhi police station house in Bhagalpur the city on Thursday evening.

The victim has been known as Krishna Dev Raj (26), who was once also a boxer and a martial arts teacher. Raj was once imparting training to kids in the house when the incident befell.

SHO of Tilka Manjhi police station Mithilesh Kumar stated the murder was once fallout of Raj’s heated arguments with the assailants a day before the incident.

The SHO stated police have detained some suspects for interrogation. He stated some locals, who had tried to rescue Raj, had been also attacked. Three of the locals who sustained injuries in the assault had been known as Shanu Kumar, Ritesh Kumar and Shyam Kumar. “The situation of those other people is out of danger,” police stated, adding the deceased was once a local of Pirpainti in Bhagalpur.
