Seven killed, 13 missing in landslide in China


BEIJING: Seven people were killed and 13 others reported lacking when a landslide toppled residential structures in China's north Shanxi province.



The landslide hit two residential structures and a space within the township of Zaoling in Linfen town on Friday, authentic media here reported on Saturday.


Sixteen people had been pulled out of the particles and despatched to health center, but 3 failed to reply to scientific remedy while others were in solid condition. Four were found useless at the website, the state-run Xinhua information company reported.


The rescuers are in search of the lacking people, with the help of rescue dogs and equipment, the native government mentioned.


The rescue group has higher to 710 people, together with public security officers, armed police, emergency rescue and scientific group of workers, the file mentioned.
