Priyanka to take her Ganga sojourn to Bihar

LUCKNOW: AICC basic secretary and birthday celebration’s jap UP in-charge Priyanka Gandhi, who can be travelling down the Ganga in a steamer from Allahabad to Varanasi, will go back and forth further to Ballia, in the second one section of her tour, and pass the river to touch Bihar at Chhapra.

Priyanka will adopt the second one leg of her river journey from the tip of this month.

In the second one section, Priyanka will quilt a 210-km stretch from Varanasi to Ballia, touching about 150 villages alongside the banks of the Ganga. This 2nd section is likely to be of three days.

In the primary section, Priyanka will quilt Allahabad, Mirzapur and in any case Varanasi, the place she plans to celebrate Holi together with her supporters and birthday celebration employees after visiting the Kashi Vishwanath temple.

From Varanasi, she's going to resume her river route, campaigning for Congress candidates and crossing Ghazipur, Chandauli and in any case Balia and then sail to the opposite side of the river at Chhapra in neighbouring Bihar.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi has assigned 42 parliamentary constituencies of the state in jap UP to Priyanka, leading her to kick off her election campaign in this area through taking the river route from Allahabad.

While pointing out her identify on the jap UP in-charge, Rahul had said that he wanted Priyanka to revive the Congress in the state and ensure that there is a Congress chief minister in 2022.

Priyanka has taken up the problem and, during her voyage on the Ganga, will meet the poor and backwards inhibiting villages alongside the river through knocking at their doorways without delay as part of her strategy.

In Ballia, the place she is likely to end her 2nd and final section, Priyanka might visit Nagwa — the local position of freedom fighter Mangal Pandey. She is predicted to pay obeisance on the ashram of Raja Bali, who is known for his charity and compassion and where is a pilgrimage visited through numerous people every year.
