PM inaugurates Delhi Metro's Blue Line extension

NOIDA: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday inaugurated the 6.6km Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section, an extension of the Delhi Metro's Blue Line.

The elevated section with six stations -- Sector 34, Sector 52, Sector 61, Sector 59, Sector 62 and Noida Electronic City -- will get advantages the people of Noida and attach the satellite tv for pc town with the national capital.

The Noida extension line will get advantages the people of Noida and produce the Blue Line on the subject of the recently-opened Aqua Line, which connects Noida and Greater Noida.

The Sector-52 station of the DMRC's Blue Line is very on the subject of the Sector-51 station on the Aqua Line, operated via the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) and its commuters are anticipating last-mile connectivity between the two strains.

Plans are afoot to connect the two strains via a dedicated pathway and a carriage-way for e-rickshaws, officers stated previous.
