Grand alliance a bridge of rocks & pebbles: Hemant Soren


RANCHI: JMM operating president Hemant Soren on Wednesday described the mahagatbandhan of opposition parties as a bridge “constructed of rocks and pebbles to take Jharkhand to bigger heights”. Fielding questions from Twitter users from Jharkhand and around the country in an hour-long interactive consultation from Ranchi, Soren also described the alliance as “the need of the hour”.

Replying to a Twitter consumer who wondered why JMM forged an alliance with Congress, JVM-P and RJD, Soren said: “Kabhi kabhi lamba safar tay karne ok liye kankad aur patthar ko seedi banana padta hai (Sometimes, to hide a protracted journey, it is required to make stairs from rocks and pebbles).” He added the alliance has been formed holding in mind the bigger interests of Jharkhand.


Soren’s programme, held at a ceremonial dinner corridor within the town and hosted in affiliation with Twitter India, used to be beamed reside from his authentic deal with.
