Set up SIT against AMU officials: Aligarh BJP


AGRA: Accusing AMU's proctor Mohsin Khan and registrar Abdul Hamid of defending ‘anti-social parts’, Aligarh’s BJP workers have shot a letter to the Union HRD minister Prakash Javdekar urging him to represent a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe their actions. They have additionally demanded that the security of the college should be passed over to the district administration.


In a letter to HRD minister, district media incharge of the BJP Nishit Sharma wrote that the proctor and registrar are incapable of defending the students adding that the AMU’s anti-social parts have turn out to be “competitive” identical to the Kashmir stone-pelters.
