School management postpones exams owing to delay by parents in paying fees

Mysuru: The style examination in a personal unaided upper number one school in Begur village beneath Gundlupet block training administrative center used to be postponed by means of 10 days following a protest by means of parents towards the varsity management’s determination not to permit over 50 students to put in writing the examination as they did not pay the yearly rate.

Speaking to TOI, Alati Somashekharaiah, block training officer, Gundlupet, stated the varsity’s annual rate is Rs 9,800 consistent with pupil. “We satisfied the varsity management to gather the price quantity after the examination. But a majority of the fogeys didn't pay,” he stated. “The school should have accrued the price either in the beginning of the educational 12 months or in two installments,” he stated.

“Out of the 460 students, parents of nearly 40% are but to pay the price. The school authorities are pronouncing that Rs 24 lakh is pending as rate. The school has 20 staffers,” he stated.

A faculty management representative stated they didn't ship any pupil out of the examination hall. “Over Rs 24 lakh is pending as rate. How can a college be run with out the price in a rural space?,” he requested.
