Pulwama attack: Zilla members donate salary


PANAJI: The north Goa zilla panchayat (ZP) meeting was once held on the secretariat on Tuesday.

A complete of 25 participants of the North Goa zilla panchayat have determined to send their one month’s salary to the aggrieved families of the Pulwama terror assault.


“This is our means of unveiling unity to them. We also are praying for the souls of the warriors who misplaced their lifestyles within the assault,” mentioned Ankita Navelkar, chairperson, North Goa ZP. The participants also discussed plans for developmental works on the panchayat stage.


“We have gained some price range from the government.
