Phone lines damaged,counselling time cut short

BSNL has not yet repaired the phone lines regardless of repeated proceedings,” stated senior counsellor psychologist of BoP, Kamlesh Tiwari.

“During individual interaction periods with teenagers, symptoms of exam phobia like loss of concentration, worry of failure, despair and restlessness had been detected,” stated Tiwari.

“Concerned by such observations, the bureau decided to release a helpline to other scholars as neatly who unknowingly suffer from exam worry. Parents incessantly exert pressure on kids to excel, which may lead to psychological and bodily complications,” the counsellor stated .
