Metro a step away from chugging into Hi-Tec City

HYDERABAD: The Metro rail stretch between Ameerpet and Hi-Tec City is likely to go the overall frontier by means of the end of next week, when Commissioner of Metro Rail (CMRS) conducts ultimate round of inspections at the 13-km-stretch to make sure passenger safety.

The metro safety commissioner will check up on electric, signalling and teach regulate, civil works, permanent approach, viaduct, stations, RoB, rolling inventory and other railway systems of Hyderabad Metro Rail.

“We need safety certification from CMRS which we expect in a few weeks. Once we get CMRS certification, we can method leader minister’s place of work for fixing the date for release,” stated NVS Reddy, managing director, Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL).

The Metro stations along the stretch opening in January are Madhura Nagar, Yousufguda, Road Number 5 - Jubilee Hills, Jubilee Hills Check submit, Peddamma Temple, Madhapur, Durgam Cheruvu, Hi-Tec City, Shilparamam and Raidurgam.
