Khashoggi murder 'planned and perpetrated' by Saudi officials: UN expert

GENEVA: A UN rapporteur probing the murder in Turkey of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi said Thursday the killing was once deliberate and carried out by means of Saudi officers.
