Designer held for sending lewd messages to model


BENGALURU: A 52-year-old freelance graphic clothier has landed within the police net after a city-based fashion filed a grievance accusing him of sending lewd and abusive messages to her and looking to drive her into a bodily dating with him.
TF Hadimani, resident of Vijayanagar in Mysuru, was detained via cybercrime police from a hotel in Belagavi.

He was booked two times in an identical cases in 2015 and the trial in a single case is below way. The two cell phones from which he allegedly sent the messages had been recovered.

Hadimani befriended the woman on Facebook ultimate yr. “From January 24 this yr, there was a metamorphosis in his manner and he started forcing me to go into into a bodily dating with him. I refused and requested him to behave decently. Then he started sending abusive messages and I made up our minds to show him a lesson. On finding out that I used to be approaching cops, he threatened to upload my morphed photos on porn websites,” she informed police.


The woman lodged the grievance on January 28 and police registered a case below IPC Section 354A (sexually harassment of a girl).


In 2015, Hadimani had befriended women on Facebook sooner than making an attempt to drive them into bodily relationships and sending them abusive messages after they resisted his overtures.


“The complaints have been filed in Ashok Nagar and Cubbon Park police stations. Chargesheets have been filed in each cases and the trial within the case registered at Cubbon Park police station has begun,” a police officer said.
