Delhi: 5 Romanians who cloned ATM cards held


NEW DELHI: Two ladies and 3 males from Romania had been arrested for tampering with ATMs in the town and withdrawing cash from other folks’s debit playing cards after cloning them.

The gang had put in skimming gadgets and cameras for stealing card information at round dozen ATMs in north and south Delhi, police mentioned.

DCP (north) Nupur Prasad mentioned the arrested ladies — Caragica Elisabeta (22) and Castache Irina (27) — had been the masterminds of the racket. Their male associates had been identified as Lavtaru Ion (38), Dumitro Nicolae (36) and Nistor Llie (36).
