Complaint lodged over cops ‘falsely implicating’ youth

PANAJI: Congress lodged a criticism with the director basic of police, superintendent of police (south), the undersecretary of the house department and human rights commission over 3 early life being “falsely implicated in crime” at Sanguem and pictures of the accused taken by way of the head constable going viral on social media.
