CEO tells returning officers to ensure fair conduct of polls

Ludhiana: While interacting with returning officials (RO) in view of Lok Sabha polls, Punjab leader election officer (CEO) S Karuna Raju urged them to make sure most voter participation and unfastened, honest and transparent conduct of elections.
Raju used to be talking on the concluding day of the certification course of returning officials at Bachat Bhawan, here on Tuesday.
