Ambala: Patwari booked for framing incorrect document into government record

AMBALA: The Mahesh Nagar police station has booked two accused for allegedly framing wrong file into the federal government report to learn the accused in a assets deal.

On the complaint of sub-inspector Mahender Singh, the case has been registered in opposition to Rajveer Singh from Ambala Cantonment and a Patwari of Revenue Department Balak Ram for helping the accused Rajbir.

Earlier, on April 7, at the complaint of Rajveer a case was registered in connection with this matter in opposition to five however all through the investigation, the cops have discovered that Rajveer had cast some legit paperwork in connivance with the then Patwari Balak Ram, following which a new complaint has been lodged.

Now, the contemporary FIR said, "It has been found in the investigation of the April 7, 2018 case that Rajveer Singh claimed that he had purchased the land from Thath Singh through a sale dated March 2, 2012. Whereas, as per the government record it has come forward that Rajveer in connivance with the then Patwari Balak Ram submitted the forged documents in the case. Both the accused in order to give benefits to each other have inserted two intekaal number into the government record whereas the actual record was already maintained."

Sub-inspector Balkar Singh said, "A case is registered against the two. The matter as per complaint of the police officer is yet to be investigated. No arrests have been made yet."
