Ambala: 6-year-old boy sexually assaulted by juvenile

AMBALA: The district police have registered a case of penetrative sexual attack in opposition to a juvenile for allegedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old boy.

As consistent with the tips, the boy research in Class-I of a central authority school in Ambala Cantonment and the district police on the observation of the minor kid has registered a case beneath Section four of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

In the complaint, it's mentioned, “On February 24, the boy was taking part in with every other youngsters in a central authority school of Ambala Cantonment. While taking part in, the boy was lured through the accused juvenile and was taken to a room within the school where he sexually assaulted the kid.”

On February 25, the boy dictated the incident to his oldsters who additional informed the matter to the district police.

On Tuesday, the scientific examination of the six-year-old child has been carried out at Ambala Cantonment Civil Hospital and additional investigation into this case is being achieved.

Ambala Cantonment SHO Satish Kumar stated, "The accused is identified and he is a juvenile. We have registered a case under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Medical examination of the survivor boy has been conducted and the arrest of the accused is pending."
