8 districts in Agra zone raided for hooch


AGRA: Following the Saharanpur hooch tragedy, where 64 other people have died, 8 districts of Agra zone police carried out more than one raids in Agra, Aligarh, Etah, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Mathura, Hathras and Kasganj. There was once special center of attention on Etah, Kasganj and Firozabad district, as in July 2016, 44 males had died after consuming country-made liquor in Etah district.

According to Etah police, two males were arrested with 500 litre of uncooked subject matter utilized in making hooch, in conjunction with 50 litre of country-made liquor from Kanjar colony of Aliganj police jurisdiction.

In Agra district, police arrested a man with 20 litres of hooch from Nagla Surajbhan village of Shamshabad.

In Firozabad district, Shikohabad police arrested two males with 20 litre of hooch from Gihar colony.
