3 dead, dozen hurt as bus falls into ditch in UP

LAKHIMPUR KHERI (UP): A private bus wearing passengers from Lakhimpur to Palia in Uttar Pradesh fell into a deep ditch beneath Palia Kotwali area right here, killing three people and injuring over a dozen, police mentioned. The driving force of the bus used to be killed on the spot whilst two others died on strategy to a hospital, they mentioned.

The deceased had been recognized as Arun Kumar Mishra (35), Ashfaq Ali (60) and Ajit Mishra (18).
