3 criminals held after shootout in Farrukhnagar


GURUGRAM: The crime branch of Gurugram police has arrested three alleged criminals after a brief shootout in Farrukhnagar on Tuesday. The accused has been lively in the town over the last 12 months and feature admitted their involvement in 4 cases of theft and try to homicide, police said.
They had also allegedly opened hearth at a candy store in Farrukhnagar.

The accused have been recognized as Rahul, Salim and Danish, all residents of Meerut in UP. Officers of the crime branch said they set up a test publish on Jhajjar street after a tip-off and intercepted the trio, who had been travelling on a motorcycle which had no registration plates, at Mubarikpur. A pistol and stolen cell phone have also been recovered from his ownership. The accused — Salim, a resident of Mewat — was once produced ahead of a neighborhood courtroom and despatched to 2 days’ police custody.
