SP renegade Shivpal to fight from Firozabad

LUCKNOW: Samajwadi Party renegade Shivpal Yadav, who final 12 months floated his personal Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party, on Saturday introduced to contest Lok Sabha election from Firozabad.

His announcement is likely to pit him in opposition to his nephew and sitting Firozabad MP Akshay Yadav, who is son of SP Rajya Sabha MP Prof Ram Gopal Yadav.

In 2017, all through the family feud, Shivpal had ousted Ram Gopal, who enjoys close proximity to SP supremo Akhilesh.

On Saturday, Shivpal took direct swipes at Akhilesh, accusing him of severing ties with members of the family with blood relationship and as an alternative forging “makeshift relationships” with outsiders as “bua” in a reference to BSP supremo Mayawati.

“As a long way as my candidature is anxious I will struggle from Firozabad. I've finalised it. Let SP field someone right here. At the moment, SP has misplaced credibility. Mayawati cant be bua (aunt) of someone when Mulayam isnt her brother. She had made BJP leaders her brother in 1990s and then deserted them. She will barren region someone who doesnt give her portfolio” mentioned Shivpal all through a rally in Etawah.

He had final week reiterated that he has presented his brother Mulayam a Lok Sabha seat however would now not field someone in opposition to him if he doesnt contest.
