Apart from those ornaments, sub-inspector Om Prakash is alleged to have illegally taken possession of two earrings and a sequence of nose ring.


Apart from this, he alleged, two unidentified goldsmiths redesigned the stolen jewellery, which was now not shown within the recovery commentary either. He accused the sub-inspector of colluding with the goldsmiths and allowing them to off.


In a grievance lodged with the SP, he demanded registration of a case beneath Section 166 (public servant disobeying law with intent to reason injury to any individual), 201 (causing disappearance of proof of offence), 215 (taking present to assist get better stolen property), 409 (prison breach of accept as true with through public servant), 420 (dishonest and dishonestly inducing supply of property), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for goal of dishonest), 413 (habitually dealing in stolen property), 120-B (prison conspiracy) and 34 (commonplace purpose) of the Indian Penal Code in opposition to sub-inspector Om Prakash and the 2 unidentified goldsmiths.
