Noida: Education dept to monitor parent-teacher meetings to be held in 688 schools today


NOIDA: The district administration and the basic education division will supervise the fourth parent-teacher assembly to be held on a mass scale in Noida and Greater Noida on Monday.

The single-day programme will likely be held in 688 government or government-aided colleges within the district. Parents of nearly 84,000 kids are expected to satisfy lecturers right through the day.


The parent-teacher conferences on a mass scale have been started on an experimental foundation at the beginning of the present instructional consultation. These have now become a part of the college curriculum. The conferences are supposed to assist parents achieve feedback on the skills and achievements in their kids from the lecturers.


According to assets, Gautam Budh Nagar is the front-runner in retaining common parent-teacher conferences in UP.


“So a long way, we’ve hosted 3 such conferences. So, in an academic 12 months, there will ll be 4 parent-teacher conferences. We’re the first within the state to enforce this.
