'Mulayam has been confined, not allowed to go out'


AGRA: Launching any other assault on his estranged nephew and SP leader Akhilesh Yadav, Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohia) president Shivpal Yadav has not directly accused the former leader minister of retaining his father Mulayam Singh Yadav in confinement at his home. Speaking to reporters in Firozabad on Tuesday night time, Shivpal said, “It seems that ‘Netaji’ (Mulayama) has been confined forcibly and is not allowed to go out or meet any one on my own.”


Shivpal said he revered his elder brother and would all the time do so. “I've left the Mainpuri seat for him and offer him to contest from there,” said Shivpal, including that if Netaji decided to contest, no person from his birthday party would contest from the family’s conventional seat at present represented by his grandnephew Tej Pratap.Shivpal is is still an SP MLA from Jaswantnagar constituency which is a part of Mainpuri parliamentary seat.


However, he had just lately announced to contest the coming near near Lok Sabha polls from Firozabad, a seat represented by his nephew, Akshay Yadav, who's the son of his estranged cousin Ram Gopal Yadav.
