Jind bypoll result: Randeep Surjewala trails in assembly bypoll

GURUGRAM: In a big setback for the Congress birthday celebration forward of Lok Sabha elections this yr, birthday celebration's candidate Randeep Surjewala for bypoll on Haryana's Jind meeting seat used to be trailing after the round-2 of counting of votes.
