Aniruddha, Rasika leave lasting impact

Nagpur: Singers Aniruddha and Rasika Joshi made the audience sit up in rapt consideration and applaud as they showcased a effective presentation of singing at a tune programme titled ‘Versatility’, arranged collectively by means of Valuable Group and Swarvedh at Dr Vasantrao Deshpande Hall, Civil Lines, on Friday.
The theme of the musical used to be a unique blend of old and recent tune. The playlist consisted of songs from different genres of tune like classical, devotional, folks, Sufi, old and new Bollywood numbers.

Rasika commenced the display with a melodious rendition of ‘Maay bhavani’.

Both presented duets on fashionable Bollywood tracks like ‘Deewana hua’, ‘Haule haule’ and ‘Piya piya’.

Rasika’s closing efficiency used to be a tuneful recital of ‘Nigahe milane ko’ from ‘Dil hi toh hai’ and ‘Anadi nirgun’. Aniruddha concluded the programme with memorable songs ‘Yaar ilahi’, ‘Khanderayachya lagnala’ and semi-classical ‘Aruni kirani’.

The programme used to be conceptualized by means of Bhanudas Kulkarni and anchored by means of Asawari Deshpande.
